Refined for 15 to 30 days, this organic, soft-washed, washed-rind organic farm cheese is made from organic pasteurized milk directly from the holsteins herd of the Raymond Alary et fils family farm, where the dairy is also located. Its creamy and melting dough reveals aromas of fresh cream.

The Round Table Galette is available at the cheese factory, specialty grocery stores and cheese factories, as well as some supermarkets.
