    Refined over 60 days, this semi-firm, washed-rind organic farm cheese is made from organic pasteurized milk directly from the holsteins herd of the Raymond Alary and Sons family farm, where the dairy is also located. Its soft and melting dough on the palate reveals a wonderful bouquet of aromas of butter, peanut, hay and a slight farmer touch. He divinely accompanies a Quebec microbrewery beer.
