Request for access to personal information

 

Individuals have the right to know the information we hold about them, subject to the limitations of the Act, and may require the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete information. If necessary, we will transmit this information to the person concerned and will make the corrections within a reasonable time.

 

Any individual who requests it in writing has the right to be informed of the existence of personal information that we hold about him and the use that is made of it. It may also challenge the accuracy or completeness of the information and request corrections. Here is the procedure to follow to make such a request:

 

The applicant must identify himself with his mailing address and email and sign his application in order to avoid fraud or the unjustified transmission of personal information to third parties. These products are supplied and manufactured by the producers. Return policy

The CIR and the Made in Quebec shop must be notified by email to info@faitauquebec.org, for any problem within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. A photo of the product is required to support any claim. We can reimburse the amount you paid for the product, if you give us a new product. Depending on the case and the reason for the problem.

 

Delivery delay

The delivery of baskets is done within the predetermined time in the delivery section itself 2 days after receipt of the order and or payment. At the point of fall chosen by the consumer.

 

In the case of orders outside drop-off points. Delivery is made within 3 to 6 business days for most major cities in Quebec following receipt of the order. Delivery charges are based on the destination, quantity and weight of the products ordered. We are not responsible for delivery delays that would be due to carriers. If we can not make the delivery on time we will contact the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

 For the sake of the environment, the CIR and the Made in Quebec shop use recycled boxes for shipments.

 Delivery is free for orders over $ 60.
